At Uprooted Creatives, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases

    • Downloadable software products

How to Return an Item

  1. In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) along with the receipt or proof of purchase to our store. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
  2. Mail-In Returns: If you are unable to return the item(s) in-store, please contact our customer service team at to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.


  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  2. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


  1. Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and indicate the desired exchange. We will process the exchange upon receipt of the original item(s).
